Good morning to all my medifast friends :D Yesterday was my 3 week weigh in day and i went from 250 to 235. I'm so happy I found medifast. Thanks to everyone and your great support and ideas. Especially all your wonderful motivation. Size 16 look out cause here i come. ;)

Way to go!!!! Hey, I have a pair of size 16 blue jean capris if ya want em, just let me know, and I will give them to ya. They are practically brand new. I bought them just before starting MF, and you know how fast you go thru sizes on MF! You should be soooo proud!!!
