Well, here's the big secret.

You've probably noticed glitches and downtime if you've been around the forum for long.
Especially the last one last week.

We're putting an end to that this weekend.
On Friday Nov. 10th, we're moving to a new system with upgraded servers and different admin panel. This should put an end to most of the burps and outages.

Without going into technical terms, this can take several days to implement.
I've seen moves like this go smoothly and resolve in a day or two, but sometimes it can take several days. Hopefully, our move will be on the short side, but you never know.

So, we'll definitely have a day or two of downtime over the weekend, if not more. During this time, if the forum is up, you can go ahead and post, but keep a copy of your post, as sometimes things can get lost in the transition and you may have to post it again.

Anyhoo, after Friday we hope to see you soon. Hopefully by the weigh-in on Sunday.

Hey Unca- let me know if you guys need any technical help! I have had some forums of my own and am familiar with some of the glitches you may come across.

YAY! I know am sure the switch will be well worth any downtime there is during the turnover.

May I ask what program/host you are going to change to?
