SCALE IS MOVING AGAIN!!! YAYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!

Postby Lisa in NY » September 21st, 2005, 6:09 am

I am THRILLED to report that I seem to have broken through this stall/plateau! The scale is moving again and I've lost 2 lbs. since I've added the water and a little exercise on the treadmill (20-30 mins. 3 times/week)

My total is now 19 lbs. in 6 weeks. I cannot WAIT to reach 20...but at least now I KNOW I can trust this program!

BTW, tried the Creamy Broccoli soup this week - LOVED IT!!!! I love Medifast!

Anybody who is stalling or at a plateau, DON'T GIVE UP!!! Keep checking in here and listen to the "pros" !

Great news... good to see that flabbage go..Girl, please, I was plateauing for about 2 weeks and crying to our beautiful Nancy about it.
I threw the scale away and my body does look thinner, I'm not going near a scale until I feel I am happy about how I look.
I get disheartened when I step on the scale and no flabbage has budged and I know I have not deviated from the program, but it does work and I love the whole MF concept.
Lisa did you try fresh broccoli in the Broc cream soup, I add some I steamed and some garlic and cracked black pepper, simmer a little while but watch it so it doesn't burn and it tastes like a broccoli casserole my Sis used to make.

This is the best news I've read so far this morning!

We are  happy flappy for you, Lisa!

Your recipe sounds :yeah: wonderful, Ladyhawke.

:secret: Just a teensy bit of brocc now, Folks...it's all about balance here... ;)

For maintenance meals I often drizzle the Cream of Broccoli soup over a pile of steamed green beans or broccoli and cauliflower - very tasty!

I have to steam the brocc and cauli when Terry is going to be gone as he :x cannot stand the smell of those crudités!

He calls them  'cruddy crudes'

:whoohoo: Hah hah!
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels...

It feels great when you start movin' again. I know we shouldn't be slaves to the scale, but it is great when it moves down. Keep up the good work!
