I appreciate the concern, thank you.

Medifast is filled with vitamins and minerals. I eat good quality veggies and lean protein every day. I also take a multivitamin along with 1,500 mg. of Vitamin C. I feel that I am taking care of my immune system as best I can. The multivitamin is something I've done for years, the Vitamin C I've taken off and on since in my early 20's--it helps strengthen the capillary walls so that I don't bruise as easily (this was per instructions from my OB/GYN, not sure if it works or not, LOL, as I take daily aspirin and bruise inspite of the Vitamin C). I feel that Medifast, my L & G and the vitamins that I take --- I'm taking care of that part of my health. :)

I absolutely refuse to go off program unless something happened that would take the decision out of my hands (thinking emergency that would hospitalize me). I am commited to getting this weight off and then doing Transition/Maintenance as outlined in the program.

Very little symptoms today...I'd better not cough tonight! :whip: :x

I hope everyone stayed on program--- you can do this!

149# this morning.

-36# in 17 weeks and 3 days for me (if I'm calculating correcting--began September 20th).

YOU can do this, too! Your weight loss can be much larger than mine in a like amount of time!! 17 weeks is going to pass whether or not you are on program------stay strong and committed to being program compliant....in 17 weeks, let's see how many pounds you have lost. YOU will be so proud of yourself to say goodbye to 35, 40 or 50#. All it takes is time and commitment to not eat off program. Program compliance is easy to say, not as easy to do.......but so worth it.

17 weeks.....May 19th. Your scale could be showing you 35# --- or MORE --- lost....are you willing to do this for yourself? You deserve to be at a healthy weight and to quit relying on food to make life better. Excess food is not making life better, easier or to make you happier. Make the choice to choose happiness and commit to being 100% program compliant. No excuses...no looking for reasons to eat off program (stresses, illness, special occasions). A healthy you is worth relearning how to live without feeding your emotions. I pray that I am learning this lesson and will remember it always.

Oh poor baby...I am sorry. I guess there is nothing I can do but pray for your health and well-being. I had my weigh-in at around 3am, but I wasn't in any pain just couldn't sleep any longer.

I hope you feel better soon T. I just got over a severe sinus and severe ear infection about a month ago. I was down for about 8 days. So believe me, i FEEL your pain. I had no choice but to give in to an antibiotic.
