I'm right there with ya laura! Zero lbs lost this week. I hate plateaus. I have to be more diligent and compliant, I guess, and drink more water. I have not been a very good girl this week and it shows...

Congratulations to everyone. I just re-started so I hope to post here next week with a weight loss and hope to make it through an entire week without cheating. I love reading the posts and seeing everyone getting closer to their goals.

ok I guess I need to just do it..

I weighed this morning and have gained 2 lbs since last week. I had hoped with all the walking and such that the Bad Meal I had wouldnt get me bad but it seems it has.

I am gonna be a rebel and not change my ticker as I know this 2 lbs will be gone by Sunday!

Well I have re-started and just wanted to read up on how everyone was doing. I miss roll call but as I stated in an earlier post I am not weighing in for at least a month as I don't even want to know the damage.

I'm up 2.8 lbs secondary to TOM, I believe. Because of all the exercise at work and the walking on my days off, I did add 200 calories of protein per day to my 6/0 plan. I certainly can't be gaining actual weight at 1000 calories per day but it still hurts to see the numbers. But, hey, at least I'm still in ONEderland!!!

Sorry for being late, I thought that an extra day would make a bigger difference, but it didn't. I only lost 2 pounds this week.

Lisa reminded me that I've lost a total of 14 pounds in the last two weeks. That's an average of 7 pounds a week. And it's better than any other program. So, I'm celebrating these two pounds! :yay:

Congradulations to everyone who is losing! I'm rather discouraged it's my 3rd week with no loss. But I'm still going. I've added another workout day hopefully that will help.
