Down 1.2 since last Sunday to 148.6 for a total of 42 lbs lost in 110 days.

Now my total loss is from 17.0 to 22.0 total !! :D

Congrats all. Di and I have been gone to Sundance, Utah for a great TSFL training weekend with Dr. Andersen et al (we stayed with Terry and Nancy). We just got back and just wanted to congratulate everybody.

Official weigh-in date: Monday morning

Down 2.8 lbs from last week.

I was 1 lb. less yesterday. So I'm hovering around my halfway point. Yippee!

There are some great losses this week! Wonderful. :thumbup:
And some of you are getting so close to goal. I am very happy for you! :hi5: It's such an exciting time of your MF journey!

This maintainer lost another pound ... now 3.5# under goal! :yay:

Well, the scale was not kind to me this week. For most of the week it hovered around the same weight, (164, 163.5, 164.5) then today on my official weigh in day, I'm actually UP 1lb. :( I don't know what's going on.
