After a couple of false starts in September where I gave up after awhile saying "I'll start again Monday", I've stayed on track the past two weeks. NO CHEATING AT ALL!

So, last week - down 3.8
This week - down 2.6

I'm a little disappointed with this week! But it's still 1.5x more than I ever lost on WeightWatchers, so... :D

Edited to say: Make that 2.5x more than I ever lost on WW (math!)

Also, my week actually starts on Monday, and this morning's weigh in was 3.8 lbs down from last Monday. Woohoo!

Imagethis week, my slowest one yet, but I think there may be a "visitor" lurking, so I'm ok with that. :lol: tomorrow is my official week.

Normal weigh in day is THursday, so this is as of last Thursday.
Up .5 pounds. I have since started exervising and have lost some but down want to celebrate untill next Thursday!

Good morning, all! And high-five!! You're here, good or bad, and that's a victory in itself!

Down 1.2 as of yesterday morning.

I know it's up this morning, so I'm not checking. I did my first 5-mile walk since 2002 yesterday. It took longer than I wanted it to, and by the middle of mile 4, I stopped timing myself and just enjoyed the finish in our beautiful state park along the Carquinez Straits (where the Delta rivers enter the San Francisco Bay).

I am down a 1.8 which is below my goal for each week of 2.4 but hey, if I loose 1.8 every week I will eventually hit goal :D so I'll take it!

my first week back im now down to 195.6 so thats a 5 lb loss for me...
