Pegann -- isn't the travel fairy just a little meanie?? Actually, she's probably not a fairy at all -- more like a gremlin, I think. I don't know what it is about it, but, yep, travel interferes with the process. sigh. I have no doubt that without sticking to the plan like you did that you'd be here this morning reporting a gain. And you've lost more than 12 oz -- that's more than a can of soda off your body! More than 3 sticks of butter! Go get 'em!!

For me, I've finally shed all the fun I had with my sister Dayna up in Grants Pass two weeks ago plus another 2.3 on top of it.

Scale: 191.4
Total Loss: 111.3

Unca or :heart: Mike :heart:, that would qualify me for the 110 lb club, please. :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

:lol: Jo, I was very short on time and still in shock. I didn't expect to have more than a 1.5# loss, so seeing 3# difference was :shock: and wonderful.

The biggie was having the scale show 169.5!!
