I started MF 4 days ago(wednesday) and I am already down 8 lbs. I know in reality it is all water but I am just so happy to see the scale dropping :mrgreen:

Weight loss is Weight loss. 8# is awesome. Take it as you get it. Congrats. I remember losing my first 8# I felt less bloated and swelling went down in my ankles.

1.8# And yet I feel disappointed. Will this ever stop being such a head game? But at the same time I'm grateful for what loss I got. Closer to goal is closer to goal, right?

Down 2# (yesterday it was 2.5# and I made the 40# club....today's ticker shows that I came back up .5 and can't claim 40#--which means I'm not dancing today :( ). I should have gone back to bed! I had to be honest though......and right now I hate my conscience! ;)

Hey all...just peeking in! Hope all is well! Down 3# for two weeks since I wasn't home to post last week. The scale was finicky with me too..down a pound, up a pound, down two, up one...jeesh....I think it was holding water hostage there for awhile...primarily because I didn't alot of walking while away and probably not enough intake...but alls good, on a downward slide again and ever so closer! Love the loose clothes..love that I have to buy new ones..and love that people notice!

I've been on MF now since Monday. I am down 10#. I am happy, and the swelling has definitely left my ankles.

2.5# for me! :) I weighed in at 206 today, that means 4# pounds
til me first goal and 7# to onederland! :yes: It is so close I can

The past 2 roll calls I had lost 1 and 2 lbs. so this was A GREAT Week~ 217lbs

Up 3 lbs ...oh well, it happens. Lots of restaurants, travel and stress, and no exercise save cleaning the house. Good news -- I packed up all my size 18 stuff for my sister; they're decidedly too big. Size 18 was my original goal a year ago March when I was a size 30/32. I can't wait to until my 14/16W can lose the W! I never knew there was a difference til I bought a size 16-no-W) skirt and it wouldn't even zip.

High-fives, hugs and much applause for us all for being here this morning. Accountability is a major component of your (our) succes. HERE'S TO OUR SUCCESS!! :buddies:
