It looks like quite a few people had great weeks!

I'm down 1 pound since last Monday. This week my weigh schedule will be back on track as I will actually be able to weigh from Saturday to Saturday (my weigh day).

Hope everyone has a compliant week :)

Still overweight!! lol Yes, I am about 4 pounds over goal, but still due to lack of sleep and lack of getting out and exercising. The later is my fault kind of, but oh well. Trying to maintain here and not get discouraged about it! Keep it up! :)

Hi everyone,

I had a very odd week. Up, down and all over the place for a net loss of -.8 I was hoping for something better, Better than a gain!
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!
