up 0.4 through the holidays

Hello all,

I haven't been around the forum much with the busy holiday times. I didn't stop MF, however, I did have more than I should have for my L&G meals. So after having gained 2 lbs I have that gone now, I am now just .4 lbs over my low weight.

On plan 100% and hope for some good results to report next week. Feeling wonderful lots of energy and no temptations that I can not resist!

WHOOHOO. I am so impressed at the scale numbers today---there is a wonderful excitement about it all!
Okay, for me two pounds, which seems piddling compared to some, but I'm ecstatic about it! :D
After all, it is a new goal, ya'll!

Are you kidding me piddling. You did awesome this week. You were already at goal, and decided to lose more. whew! i FINALLY have a little bit of time to get on here! Well, i am down 3.3 for the week! Congrats to all the losers up there. Kym...i dont wanna hear it! Not an option...

2008 I'll lose the weight!!!

Well, I'm back to join in with you losers! And I might add some very successful losers at that, I'm very impressed and excited for how well so many of you are doing: losing and maintaining. :cheerleader:

I went off-plan over the holidays with the intention of maintaining and returning on the 1st of the year.

I maintained most of my weight loss and although it's a week late, I'm returning.

I lowered my goal weight, started the year with a new ticker, and will be back on-plan tomorrow morning to finally reach goal.
Actually, I can't wait to get back to that MF-feeling: light & energetic.

Look forward to checking in weekly for Roll Call and sharing all our successes.

This years motto:
2008 we'll lose the weight - FOR GOOD!!!

I'm a re-starter but if ya don't mind I would like to post my weight 254 today is day one...

Accountability is something in which many people have a hard time with I look at it as one of my positive traits... Face it now instead of later...
