Sunday Morning Roll Call, January 30, 2005

Join our weekly (Sunday) weigh in.

Postby itsgonnaworkthistime » January 31st, 2005, 7:21 am

Hi Everyone,

Well despite my compliance I am down only 1.5 this week. So that means I didn't win the weight loss pool here at work. I was 1 pound away from winning......dang.... :( That makes 19 pounds in 20 days. :cleader:

From the posts, sounds like I was in the same boat as many of you. Creepy crawl wait loss.... But despite the snails pace, I have remained compliant. Whiich is always a very good thing. :D

Hang in everyone, I see a brand new week ahead of all of us.

Good morning all -

I was out of town this weekend so I am late reporting. My weigh in this morning was 205. That is a total of 20 lb in 3 1/2 weeks. Yeah!

Welcome to the newbies I missed meeting over the last few days. I'm sure you will find success on this board if you follow the plan. You have found an excellent support group.

I WOULD fear a visit from "The Guid" and Unca right now. Only because I deserve one, but I'm getting my act back together as of TODAY!

I wasn't going to post here this week because I only lost half a pound! Very disappointing!! Then, as usual, I read here and get reminded I am not alone in this. Lots of us stalled out this last week. I'm so thankful you guys posted anyway!
To the rest of you - way to go!

15.5 pounds at 3 weeks is still good - just keep shakin'!

Kat,
I'm sitting here, having stumbled up from my bed - guess who finally succumbed to the crud that's going around down here - so forgive me for not having the energy to type out your stern lecture - BUT remember some other stern lecture I lashed you with a few months ago??? Get that out and call it new. As I recall it's about as strong as it gets.....c'mon chica, get with it.

I just weighed in and I've lost 7.8 pounds!! Not bad for the first week. I need to work a little more on timing, though. I've found I have to be careful what I eat last. My reflux goes nuts if I wait too close to bedtime. I'm getting the hang of it. Slowly. Can't argue with the results. Before, it would have taking me weeks to lose that much. It really helps keep me motivated. Happy shaking!

Hi all, I am happy to report a 5.0 weight loss this week. I seem to have a big loss week then a low loss week, but I am averaging 4 pounds/a week. Can't complain. I have friends that do the weekly group weight-in national program thingie... and they are sooooo jealous. They loss is not only much slower, they are HUNGRY.
Spidey.... get with it... you have been my inspiration on here... I am rooting for ya...

Thanks Karen, I had a good day yesterday. My downfall is those meal bars - a treat I have difficulty resisting so I threw all I had away yesterday morning. Things are looking up!
