You can order it online w/ medifast or call them to get a copy! It is a great book!

I have read this book cover to cover a zilion times. It is my bible. I read it when I'm psyched and when I'm ready to give up.
Keep the book handy and visible, it is a gentle reminder that you are on a mission...
