Subway Salads

I did the Subway salad for my L&G and WOW!!!!! way too much for what you get! I will just make my own salad and add some grillen Chicken!!!! could make all weeks worth of L&G for one Subway L&G!!!

Great start Steve,
I think a normal Subway portion is a little light on the protein too which means you'd have to have nearly a double order of the meat with a salad.

It's ok in a pinch, but at least 1/2 the price is you make up your own at home.

Another couple days an you'll be a lean/mean fat burning machine (with minimal hunger and lots of energy). Keep it up and keep us posted. After a week or two and you'll be in the Medi-Zone, which is the ultimate goal when you're in the weight-loss stage.

How's your water doing?

Yep... we usually get double meat, or regular meat with cheese (although I don't think they have lowfat cheese).
