Starving this morning, what could that mean?

Hey everyone...I'm having a very wierd morning...Usually i have to set my alarm to eat cuz i'm never hungry but this morning is different. i had my oatmeal at 9am and now it's only 10:45 (not even 2 hours) and i'm starvin like marvin! i'm not in panic mode or nothing cuz i know these things happen, but it's just wierd ya know?

anybody else experience this out of the blue?

yeah.. every couple weeks or so it seems. I think it's my hormones. I drink extra water or have a snack if absolutely necessary.

i ended up eating 2 soy crisps and that seems to be holding me...

Someone once posted that when that happened to them..the next day they would see a big drop in the scale!
Wouldn't that be exciting! :D

Stomach Acid

I read in an earlier post that stomach acid can trigger hunger and they suggested using a tums to settle the acid, hence, stopping the hunger pains.

Sometimes either Crystal Light or Diet Coke triggers the "hungries" for me! Or is it almost that TOM? How did the rest of the day go?

it went pretty good til i got home and got mad at the dorks over at UPS (yeah, my box STILL isn't here! was supposed to be here on Thur!)...i missed my eating time and had some extra soy crisps... :x

I'm not sure if others have experienced this but I tend to get the hungries more if I eat the yummy soy crisps. I'm not sure why but I've kinda cut myself back a bit on these snacks.

I have been having the same problem. I ended up eating 2 packs of soy crisps.
