Starting Medifast again!!

Postby HappyHomeMaker » May 31st, 2007, 9:48 am

Hello all,

I lost over 40 lbs with Medifast about 3 years ago. I gained it all back.. I've changed my eating , but I'm hoping to loose all the weight this time and keep it off.

I still have to order my supplements. I'm going on a woman's retreat this weekend. I'm hoping to order when I get back.

Thanks for listening.
God Bless,
Laura

Hmmmm,
Just call your first experience a "learning experience". You've learned... you'll part with those pesky pounds and keep them off for good. You can do it!!! :D :D

Welcome back......the first time you lost was awesome and it also taught you that the weight comes back fast & furious when we go back to our old ways of eating. You'll be much more appreciative of your weight loss this time and you'll know how to keep from regaining. Your previous experience wasn't wasted.....it was educational. ;)

I hope you have a great time at your retreat.

Ok, I've ordered my Medifast. I'm waiting for it to come in AND I took my before pictures.

I'm not going to post them. I'll post the before and after pics together. I'm embarrased and a wimp about posting the before pics.
