Plain coffee or coffee with a little milk is fine. Maybe a macchiato. Small cappucino/latte now and then, probably wouldn't hurt. You can use sugar-free syrup.

Double mocha mocha turtle carmel extra whip Frappuccino? Probably not. ;)

I just want to add that soemtimes caffeine can make you hungry. At least it does with me. :-) Of course, reading a book will make me hungry! ;)

I have to admit I have been drinking decaf as of late, regular coffee was making me jittery. Even a pot of Earl Grey Tea made me shaky.

So its decaf for me. :snooze: ;)

I have found that in a pinch, when I'm out and about and I start to feel hungry as small coffee with a little soy milk (I can't drink regular milk) will tide me over until I can get to my MF.
