Hi Shirley!! Nice to meet ya!!!
There are a lot of great ideas on the Lean Cuisine part of the forum...just pull up a chair and start clickin on what sounds interesting!

I learned how to make the cookies there.... love those Troll House Cookies!!

I cut up the three free celery stalks and put them in my chicken or minestrone soups.... or I add minced onions, extra bullion or an actual packet of fast soup to my soup to add flavor. I am a BIG fan of Chipotle Smoked Tabasco and add that to the Chili or my chicken soups with a tablespoon of salsa and voila - Mexican Chicken Tortilla Soup. :eat:

Lotsa ideas there!!!

About the Starbucks.... I DO love Starbucks!!! I am stumped there because I know I can get a healthier low carb/low fat/low cal creamer at the grocery store. I end up buying their ground coffe and taking it home. I ordered the Davinci Sugar Free Syrups and have them in my coffee (and in about everything else I can think of - yum). You can make something hot or cold at home for less $$ and even add it to a MF shake. I am just a little more confident I can monitor my carbs/cals/fat that way!!!

Good luck to ya - and happy shakin!!!

When I go to 'bucky's (which is daily), I have a Grande Coffee of the Day. I add a splash of Half and Half, a dash of cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg. If I am feeling really frisky, I add a packet of the Pink Stuff - they don't have Splenda in their basket...

or I have a shaken Passion Tea with one packet of the Pink Stuff.
