Okay time to come clean about my two boxes of Soy Crisps. I went almost two months not knowing what they were until I read about them here, so I ordered them. When they arrived I opened a bag immediatley. I popped one in my mouth and as it slowly melted the flavor consumed my brain. Within a week both boxes were gone (14 bags). My bad.

You better stay away from Genisoy crisps then too. I got addicted to those things and they are NOT MF legal. I love their vinegar and salt flavor.

I have been eating Glenny's Soy Crisps becuase I was out of the MF ones. They are so yummy- but come in a 2-serving bag. And yes I sometimes eat the whole thing.

Ah oh.......I just ordered 4 boxes with my M.F. order before I read this post. I'll have to be carefull with them when I get them. Thanks for the "heads up" about how good they are! I've never tried them.

I have that problem too, so because I work 24 hour shifts, I'll pack one bag in my lunch. There is no way I could eat more since they are at home and I am at work. I also refrain form eating them when I am home.

My local supermarket stocks Glenny's Soy Crisps, and I find that the nutritional values are just as good or even better than the MF ones. Not to mention less expensive. Like BeachBaby, I just placed an order online for a case. Glenny's has many interesting other products as well...one of which are some light bars, which I also ordered because I liked the nutritional stats in them.
A serving of crisps is 18gms and it is quite easy to measure out the correct serving, if you have a scale that measures in ounces and grams, as well. Or, just eye-ball a half a bag.

Mmmm--these crisps are excellent and come in so many flavors, too. I am with you on these, BeachBaby!
