Hi zorahope,

You're on the right forum, and on the right path. Having lost 100 pounds is a great achievement, and when you gain back, the greatest challenge is to "get back" on the train.

That you alread did: enjoy the second ride to Thinsville :D

Zora, welcome back! You have the great fortune of already knowing that the diet works, and knowing how to work it. Also, the major benefit is that this time you can already see the light at the end of the tunnel...you are not so far from goal that it seems overwhelming, which you may have felt the first time around, and many of us sometimes feel.

We'll be with you every step of the way, just keep on keepin' on!

Thanks for the encouragement!

Thanks all, for the well wishes and encouragement. I am pretty new to posting these things, so it takes me a while to figure out what to do. Sorry for the late response.
I'm having difficulty getting back on track. I KNOW the program works, but my mind keeps putting images of pizza dancing in front of me. Ugh. I hope I can gather the strength to do this again. I appreciate your words of encouragement - they really help me in my darkest hours. Who am I kidding? My darkest DAYS! :?
