would be something he or she would enjoy. Another persn referenced vanilla pudding made from a vanilla shake and a spoon oof vanilla SF FF pudding powder.

I have made a few times and just now for breakfast tomorrow some cheesecake pudding. Here is what I did:

1 Vanilla Shake powder
1 cup cold H2O

Blend it up

Add in: 1 spoon of cheesecake SF FF pudding mix
3-4 ice cubes.

Whip it up again and let it get thicker in fridge.

I have Walden Farms strawberry or raspberry SF calorie free jam. I sometimes mix some of that in on my way out the door. Not often cause I am not that fond of the added fruity flavor, but it works when you let the pudding harden enough.

This sounds awesome ... thanks!

I didn't request it ... but I'm definitely going to give it a try.

I traded away all my shake mix, or I'd try to make (all together, now) pistachio pudding.
