I was the same way yesterday. I was hungry all day like stomach actually growling. I did have an extra supplement, but that did not help. I drank so much water i could of filled Niagra Falls <img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/26/26_7_6.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D26%252F26_7_6/image.gif">, and it still did not help.

I hate it! I also hate that every commercial on TV was pizza. I hate that I wanted onion rings. I am hoping today will be much better!

Keep fighting those cravings lady. You were doing such a GRRREAT job before you got sick so we all know you can do it! Keep those lists handy and remember your goal to throw away some of those shorts when you get home from Florida.

If those cravings get too bad and you just can't take it anymore give us a call!!

I am doing so much better tonight. We had salad and chicken breasts for dinner, and I think I have been skimping myself on the salad. That could explain the hunger. I am also thinking of laying off the bars until FL.

What I need is a babysitter to keep me away from doing stupid things when I am alone. Although I have not done it, I still fantasize about the Chik-Fil-A drive thru............everyday I get a little stronger and it gets a little easier. I think planning better when my schedule is off, like on weekends, will be better.

I am a little nervous about Disney, but again, I hope preparation is the key. I am going to be running around like a madwoman, so I just need my RTD's and a lot of WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have my gum, I have my brain, I need to remember to pack my willpower too (hehehehe).

We are available anytime you need us, girl!! Even if it is late at night or early in the morning. We can be nice and gentle or give ya a serious butt kicking (hee hee)!

Remember to pack those lists that you made. You have all the reasons on paper so when you forget and think that a Mickey Mouse Ice Cream bar looks better than being thin you can remember that THAT is a lie!

And as for the fast food joints, well we know that they cost more money than making something healthy at home right? How about sticking some of that savings away for some new clothes later? Don't make me come out there and give them your picture and tell them they are not allowed to serve you ;) !

I have faith in you and in your determination to get through this. Be proud of how far you have gotten! Wear those shorts you just bought with a smile, knowing that YOU made it happen!!!

and call us if you need us!

I have news about the shorts!!!!!

I think they are still too tight, but my DH, who actually has a very good eye, says they are fine!!!!!

I am not too worried about sweets at WDW, it is more worry about overeating or those potatoes...........or onion rings.......................

Actually, I am sure my DH will be watching me like a hawk. He is so proud of me and encouraging.

Thank you for the positive words, as usual, and please feel free to kick my butt anytime!

Wow! When a man has a good eye for that kind of thing you know he is a keeper right? Wear those shorts with PRIDE my friend!!

Sorry about the RTD's being so expensive, I guess that is why I don't get them. Since the packages are so easy to keep in my purse, I just get a bottle of water add a "whatever" and shake away. I really never even thought about the RTD's because of the cost. I also add several of the shakes to coffee which helps to solve the "on-the-go" problem.

Oh, showed my mom your studio thread today so she would know who she is talking to. Kinda makes it easier to make a connection ya know. Seeing those photos reminded me of what a beautiful person you are and how blessed you are with a gorgeous family.

Take care sweetsie

I loved the taste of the RTD's but really only used them when I had to because they were never very filling to me. I would always have to have a diet soda chaser or lots of water after I had one, usually at the movies.

I love my husband's comments now. When I was big they were honest but hurtful. He never thinks before he speaks. But just the other day I put on a minidress and I asked a husband's favorite question "Do I look fat?" and he said "Not in the least!". :)

Give your HC a call. TSFL has no problem making up for mistakes which was probably caused by the recent upgrade of the shopping cart.

Sorry about the troubles with the RTD's. The price was raised recently and was supposed to go up Dec 17 but it didn't for a while. They are now $62 a case instead of $54.
Nancy posted back in December about that, but we were waiting for the implementation, and it is here.
