I am really frustrated. I did great on vacation, still doing well now, but with all of the price changes there is no way in he-- I can stay on Medifast. Even with the Be Slim Club, trades, and ebay I just cannot afford it. I am really not sure what to do.

But, on the positive side, I actually lost weight on vacation. I promised myself I would not weigh for another three weeks, so after that is up I am hoping to see a dramatic drop on my ticker!!!!!!!! I have not updated since my restart, so we shall see.

Also, I get a corporate membership tp 24Hour Fitness, and I got free personal training. I started today, and am really excited.

Don't give up now, Becki --- there has got to be a way. Let's work together to figure it all out.

Congratulations on being successful during your vacation!!! What a HUGE accomplishment. I can't wait to see some of the new clothing you bought in FL!!

Welcome home!

Okay, so I got sick again, yuk! Then the kids got sick! Eric has been out of town, and will be for a while, so it has been me, the kids, and my school work in addition to my work work. I am sorry I have been absent and have not been checking in or reading anything at all. As soon as things calm down I will be back in the reading and posting rotation.

On a positive note, I went to Catherines and bought some clothes. I wear a 26 now! I went from a size 30-32 sometimes bigger to 26 sometimes 28. I also bought some workout clothes, and the pants were a 2X!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep, that's right, a 2X!

Hey, I have a question. I have been working out, and not really loosing, but I am feeling really weak. Am I not eating enough? What do you think? I am doing 30 additional minutes of cardio and weights.....

So sorry to hear you and the kids are sick ... and is there ever a worse time to be sick then when you have so much going on? Darn. Hope Y'all start feeling better soon!

My, my girl ... You are doing great. Congrats on the smaller sizes! Those are some of the nicest NSV's.

With regard to the exercise/weakness ... perhaps a more experienced HA will chime in for ya! What I do know is that if you are not taking in enough calories to support your exercise it is possible that you move into starvation mode--and your body will hold onto it's weight. An extra shake might help, but your HA may want more details.

Keep up the good work!!

Thanks guys, for all the positive thoughts. I have not slept for more than 3 hours a night since the begining of Feb. and I am just exhausted. The only thing keeping me going is caffeine and workouts!

When there are nurse call ins you could ask them about the best way to exercise.
Nancy also has a wealth of knowledge in that are.

When I first started working out, I noticed that too. What I didn't know was that TSFL suggests having a supplement right after your work out. Even if that means you are having an extra shake or even if it is only an hour since your last one. Your work outs are not just using calories, you are also using the nutrition supplied by the meals. Until your body gets used to the extra work you should try to provide it with that nutrition as soon after your work out as you can. I know it sounds counter-productive to put back calories when you just worked out to expend them, but your body doesn't think so. If you make your body understand that you are going to provide the nutrition it needs to survive comfortably, it will be happier and more willing to let go of the fat stores it has been holding on to!

Congratulations on your success thus far!!! 26's mean you are able to wear much of the clothing I sent you eh? You will be out of that stuff and into 20's in no time at all!

You are doing so well that you should join us in our contest. Yea, you would have a late start, but you are doing so well you just might beat us all. There is a money prize involved at the end....

I am really happy for you Becki!
