I am so proud of you! I love your lists and I hope you are using them to help you when things get a little rough. I know you have struggled in the past with staying on plan, but you seem to really be "in" to it this time.

Sending Medivibes your way!!!

Thanks so much for the support! I am doing so much better. I have found out how to make things "taste" like cheating without doing it. I am going to get some PB2, have figured out that if I use a bit of onion salt on my stew it tastes like onion rings, and am very excited about shopping for shorts in FL. I just wish I liked more of the soups.

I love it!!!!

So here is my journal for today. I did way better than I thought the last two days. Even going to a New Years Eve party at my husband's aunt's house. She is the queen of food. I have been doing well, and I am proud. I have decided not to write out the food I eat here, but rather in a journal I carry. It will be better that way I think. Tomorrow is a new year (rear hehehe). I want to be half the woman I am today to be twice the wife and mom.

Way to go girl. With this new attitude you will succeed this time! I just feel it in my bones!!! Feel free to email or PM anytime if you need a kick in that new rear of yours - or if you just need someone to chat with. MMT is nice, but a few of us have found that having some "special" attention helps too.

Blessings for a SUPER 2008!!

All the time I was MF'ing I kept a written journal a schedule of my supplements for the day and recorded my water intake AND kept a journal on Fitday. Any time I left the house, the journal was in my bag. Now Medifast has a site you can use that is like Fitday but better but Fitday was fine for me and I still use it!

I def. need a journal. If I do it online, I like the convenience, but you don't get to see it anytime you need it, and it is tough to not forget something.

I think I am going to do well. I think the biggest thing at this point is knowing where I need to be and having the strength to be there. I cannot say NO to the food, so I have to learn to. If I screw up, I start over. If I keep doing that, eventually I will stop screwing up, right? I am going to take it one step at a time. I have decided that I am going to do a 2 week 100% compliance game with myself. Obviously, I want to always be compliant, but I am starting small. On Friday, until the 18th day before I leave for Disney) if I succeed with 100% compliance I am going to spend $100 at the outlets in Florida or the Disney store. I will take whatever I get there, and then THROW AWAY my oldest fat clothes that correspond. For example, for every t-shirt I buy I throw away one. For every pair of shorts I get I throw away one. I know that by doing this and getting rid of the OLDEST stuff, I can stop the fat, dumpy feeling.

You are really on a roll!!! Now, go one step further and choose what items you are going to toss when you get the new stuff. Hang them where you can see them as a reminder of your goal. If you need something to remind you when you are not at home stick a picture of those items in your purse or print out a picture of Mickey and Minnie or whatever will help you remember your goal.

Don't cheat yourself! I am pulling for ya girl.

Okay, so my DH printed my lists and posted them all over! He even posted them in the car, which is my biggest problem area. Now if I could only get one posted at Chik-Fil-A..........

Anyway, I have my clothes that I am going to toss in mind. I am going to bring them out tomorrow and tape them to my closet. There is also a pair of shorts that I want to tape on the fridge, but we will see how long my son lets that stay (he's almost 2).

I feel really good! I watched biggest loser tonight, I have become a junkie, and although I don't agree with everything they say and teach, I have found it like a journey with friends. So, I am set.

I just need to find out if Ponderosa in Orlando will let me buy a drink and just sit with the family while they eat......

The Ponderosa here is great about stuff like that. Most of the time I plan that for my lean and green and get the food bar. They usually have shrimp at ours so it works great for me.

Man you are so completely on fire this time. I AM SOOOOOO HAPPY FOR YOU!!! I just KNOW that you are going to succeed this time.

You could always do what Dr Phil suggested to one of his guests today (I am not a big fan of the show, but today's was a good episode). He is going to take pictures of that guest to the McD's and Burger King in her town and tell them to post them up at the drive thru and front counter and tell all employees not to serve that person. It might be a little extreme and really embarassing, but if it works? Maybe you could ask your hubby to do something like that for you. If you know that the photo even might be there you won't even be tempted to go in.

I am very proud of you and so happy that you have found that desire inside yourself to succeed this time! BTW - I have some very cute shorts and capris ready to send your way when you are ready for them.

You do sound like you are ready to do this!!! :D I'm excited to watch the weight drop off of you. Don't forget to take measurements and photos----even if you don't share the photos with us, you will be glad to have the photos to remind you of how much you've changed.
