I was really thinking that too, but you'd have to A. See your hubby (or some man), B. Sleep with him, C. Finish the act.

Since Eric works inventory and the end/begining of the year is the busiest time (read 90 hour weeks) that was not possible.

Yep, the damn TMI.....IUD is still working.

Anyway, Becki feels much better today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am, as my husband said, back on plan with a vengence!!!!!!

I feel so much better, I am actually feeling human again.

And, even better!!!!! I went into Lane Bryant today (for the last 2 years I have only been able to fit in the bras and the occasional shirt) and a pair of jean shorts fit!!!!!! Size 28, okay a bit relaxed, but they still freakin' fit!!!

Ahh, success tastes better than non-medifast chocolate!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is how I feel!!!! :D :) :o  :D :-P :D :D :D :D :D :D
I am worth it!!!!!

Oh, and I went to Sam's Club to get my 22 month old diapers. I sucessfully walked right past the food people with their decadent, evil free samples. They had pizza, fudge, biscotti, fried cheese sticks, cheesecake.....all of the worst foods you can get. I looked, smiled, and passed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I so ROCK!!!!!!!

You are doing great! I'm glad you are feeling better and congratulations on the smaller size! It will not be long before those new clothes will be too big and you'll be needing to shop for smaller sizes. Keep going! You are worth it (I like that in your sig line!).

Thanks so much! I am one who never had much encouragement until I married Mr. Wonderful. He is biased, so I love it when others encourage me. You guys have no idea how wonderful it is to be here with you!

Congrats on the clothes and compliance at Sams!! My Dad is retired (he is 75) but to get out of the house he went to work as a Seasonal employee at BJs Club (like Sams) doing the food demos. Almost 3 years later he's still one of the evil food hander-outers ;) LOL My daughter loves going to visit him at work!

That's awesome that you passed all the sampler people at Sam's! I faced the same thing today when we went to Costco.. it's not easy!

So, day two doing well. I think anyway. But, I am starving. I am trying to do anything to make the hungries go away. But, it is not happening. I am going to drink a gallon of water. Then I will be so busy peeing that I cannot think about food!!!!

Hope day 3 is a winner! I always relied on water when things got tough. I would walk into the kitchen and not let myself move from in front of the kitchen sink until I had consumed two full glasses of water. Then I would try to follow it up with a chore like laundry (even if just sorting for later), or a quick walk around the block or climbing some stairs.

don't you hate having to go thru that extra hungry feeling all over again? the good part is that you know it will eventually subside if you keep on going.
