Revisiting the vacation discussion

Postby LongWay2go » August 17th, 2004, 6:41 pm

Didn't seem to be a lot of interest before, so I'm posting a poll this time. Anyone interested in doing a MMT.com get-together "vacation" next year? If so, what kind of vacation would interest you? When do you think we should do it? And WHERE???

If you answer the poll, please also post your desires as to what/when/where.

How about "all of the above"? I'm game for anything--plan it and I'm there. I'm pretty simple with these sorts of things :). Late summer, early fall sounds good to me, but I don't have children. Summer time might be better for those who have children since the children will already be on summer break.

Let's see what others might want to do!

I only have one rule. It can't be anywhere cold. I don't do cold.

And P.S. by cold I mean below 70.

Can't do cold?

Just wait until you lose all your unwanted weight.

I wear gloves most of the time. Without my insulation, i am always cold...

Boy, that's a fact, wait till you have lost all the weight. As a fat boy I was, ALWAYS hot, never covered, shorts, tee's always hot. Oh-oh loose a little weight, and learn the meaning of ice cube. I have finally acclimated, (though its summer here 100's all the time) but a few months ago, boy gimme those covers, and another comforter on the bed, and a jacket all day. I could not get warm for the life of me.

Good trade? No question.
