Received my order

Postby mini me » April 2nd, 2006, 1:56 pm

Received my order Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately the "guide" wasn't included. Called customer service and they told me that the quick start guides were backordered and that they would send one to me on Monday. I really want to get started tomorrow (Monday). So ... anything I need to know aside from 5 medifast meals and 1 lean/green a day 2-3 hours apart and plenty of water?

The "official" medifast site has the quickstart quide available for download Click "tools & community", then "medifast downloads" - there are a couple of neat downloads there including the new Quick Start guide :)

Good luck!

Oh hey Unca, speaking of that.. the FAQ posted by Mike here from the Medifast website is not current. It says we can eat snow peas! that isn't on the Medifast FAQ now, wonder why they changed it?

Hi Pashta,
I can't seem to find the link you're talking about?
Could you post the url for me, so I can get it updated?

My guess would be that the Snow peas are a little starchy or something.
Maybe the Snow's not good for us.
Hope they don't ban SF snow cones too...:)

yeah that list really need to be updated! When I was new back in January they also said the "freebies" list there was not up to date as it has FF sour cream and FF mayo and so on and so on that are now not allowed

Good Lord I just reviewed the list and like 8-9 of the free foods out of the 15 are no longer allowed!
