I received my autoship order and someone else's too

Has this happened to anyone else and what should I do?

I did have a client tat received an extra box of her order, but she also was one of the folks who had her December order not process and so they processed it in Jan, then it got sent again I suppose.
I called TSFL and they had no record of it (and she wasn't charged, so c'est la vie).

TSFL is the coaching arm of Medifast. Some order directly from Medifast and don't use a health coach. Some order from Medifast and request a coach and then are switched to TSFL, others just order through TSFL and get the free health coach and other cool things as well.
