I'm ready to start

Postby huntersmom » December 8th, 2005, 8:22 pm

Hello, Everybody!!! I have all of my medifast and I am ready to start tomorrow. I really enjoy reading the forum. It is very inspirational, especially the before and after photos. I have done hundreds of diets and always get discouraged by the third week. I weigh 190 and would like to get down to 150. I have a 16 month old and I need more energy to chase him around and play with him. Thanks for all the inspiration. I think it is really going to help reading the forum everyday. Talk toyou later. :D

Hi huntersmom,

Welcome in this forum :D

Suggestion: if you always stop by third week on your diets, you could try to do full fast for first two weeks. Then, at third week, switch to 5&1. This way, you'll find more motivation IMO.

Up to you; anyway, welcome :D :D :D

Thanks Hyperion for your advice. I am doing well with the 5 and 1, the lean and green really helps me. Although, I would like to do the complete fast on certain days. If I just have supplements, is it 5 or 6 a day? Thanks

I'm doing 6 supplements a day... at regular intervals, always 2.5 hours between them.

I think there is no problem in switching back and forth between them.

Good luck!!
