I got the ok from the Dr today and my food order came as well.
So in spite of recovering from a very bad mirgraine headache I am on my way.

I was wondering. I have some sugar free jello in the fridge. It has no fat, no calories and no carbs. They come in little cups. Would one of these be allowed in the evening?

I will weigh myself in the morning. As I have been doing lo carb since Monday I hopefully will not have that 3 day period they talk about. It feels like I have already gone through it.

Hi! the answer to the Jello is YES! I use it on occasion.

And don't be too sure that you will escape the Day 3 Demon! :twisted:
