I finally saw numbers below my ticker. I hope they continue. But then again, it's about a little bit more than hope, right?

Yeah ... it's about focus, desire and hard work! It's about following the program and prioritizing what's most important to you. Queenie, you ARE doing all those things. Soon the prize will be yours! :trophy:

Thanks for stopping by, everyone! I'm still here, struggling, but doing better. Today is my third day without any slipups (I'm already claiming that today will be a slip up free day). I've decided to exercise 30 minutes a day no matter how gray it is outside or how cold it is or how much snow we get. It's not like I exercise outside anyway, but something about the weather makes me less inclined to workout - at least that's what I'm blaming it on :) No longer, though.

I'm feeling good and I keep getting compliments from people so I'm just taking it a day at a time.

And hol, a 90 minute spin class scares me which probably means I should try one! I'm off to look for one now...well a spin class at least. I can't guarantee 90 minutes.

Hi Queenie, Congratulations on 3 days without slipups! 30 minutes a day of exercise sounds good and I wish I would make that commitment. These dreary days of winter do make it hard to want to exercise. I'm glad your feeling good and back on track. I wish you continued success.
