Thank you, sweet lady! My birthday was January 11 and I had a fantastic party at my uncle's house. Lots and lots of family came by. The 3 weeks I spent at home were wonderful. Everyone commented on how good I looked. My dad said he almost drove me past me at the airport because that couldn't be his baby. He said he thought I must be somebody else's baby. We went to dinner after he picked me up and he said he was only going to have water and lemons.

I got quite a few open mouth receptions. I think I was around 230 the last time I was home (but people probably remembered me more at 250 since that is where I was when I saw more people at home) so people were surprised to see me under 200. My aunt and a few of my cousins even started the C25K plan after I told them that was my exercise of choice. Telling people that I can jog 7+ miles still feels like a lie, but it's true.

So, I'm back on plan again as of this morning. So far, so good. Half of my water is done for the day. Just hoping I can make it through today. One supplement at a time. It's great to see other people back on the boards since the last time I was here (yes, HB, I'm talking to you :)) I think I'm going to change my goal to 150. I don't know how 150 will look on me, but a friend of mine is my height and 150 and she looks like a brickhouse. I weighed 140 in the 3rd grade, so maybe 150 will be just fine.

Thank you everyone for stopping by in my absence. I'm looking forward to catching up on your journals.

Hey girl,

So glad your back yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy... Wow 7 miles that is awesome. I have decided I am going to try the c25k March 1st. I would like to recognize myself first with medifast before I start to exercise.

queenie I want to run 7 miles. I have to say I admire people that run. I know this is going to sound stupid. But would you say that the stress has left ya since you started running.

It teaches you how to run 3.1 miles in 9 weeks. Robin also rocks it. I tried it and Liked it, then it just got too darn hot in my basement to run. Not a good time to start (summer time)
www dot coolrunning dot com then just typen in c2k5
