OK, folks!

Here's the basic recipe....then you can play with your popcicle flavors (using DaVinci Syrups or Crystal Light powder mix) to your little heart's content

1 package MF shake mix
1 packet sweetner
3/4 cups water

Shake it together and pour it into your popcicle mold, add stick, and freeze. I get two good-sized popcicles per package of shake mix.

So....what shall we call them? Mike suggested Mmmmmm...Fastcicles. Or maybe Slimcicles? Anyway, whatever you call them they are YUMMY!!!!!

You guys gotta try these popcicles! I make two batches every morning, which turns out 4 good sized popcicles. THEY ARE SUCH A TREAT!!!!!

I feel like I'm EATING something, if you know cwhat I mean!!! And... it has gotten HOT in Phila. this week...it's nice to eat something frosty. They make a GREAT snack while watching TV or a video. Have I convinced you yet? Try it...you'll like it
