Peppers

Has the Quick Start guide changed? I was just looking at it on the main Medifast site, and under allowed vegetables it says red, green and yellow peppers are OK!!

I don't know. The only peppers I like are japs. I hope they are okay, because I eat them often.

I downloaded the new guide and noticed something. When I first started on MF, I remember that we could have one MF Snack (which was a fast soup or crackers) and one other approved free food (celery, SF jello, etc.). However, in the new guide it is just one of any of these. Did I dream up the first thing I read????

I usually have the crackers with my soup at lunch and then a jello after my L&G or I have celery for a snack while watching TV instead. Does this mean I can only do one of them??? Yikes!

I dunno Michelle....I can't quite figure that one out either...but I say, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"...the way you're doing it is definitely working for you, so why change it? jmho :)

Joyce, I was kind of thinking along the same lines. So far it has not hindered me so I will most like keep doing it. If I hit a major plateau, then I may rethink that decision.

I was just a tad confused and wanted someone else to tell me I wasn't going crazy (or crazier anyway). I will have to go home and read my old quick start to see if it is there.
