Thanks Kelly, I'm shocked I'm so close. It should be another 10 pounds yet before I should be able to fit but I have smaller measurements at this weight than I did last year. I must have more muscle this time. Last year I had been on bedrest for a month and a half in the hospital when I was pregnant with the preemie baby boy. I must have lost a lot of muscle there.

I weighed myself this morning about 6 times... with underwear and without, moved the scale and didn't... and it said the same thing everytime: 223.0. Very strange thing yesterday. Maybe I should start exercising every day in the morning.

Oh wait, maybe I shouldn't because I was STARVING all day yesterday! I don't think I could handle that hunger every day. I have strong willpower but I'm not made of stone! LOL

Found something interesting... my cat loves Medifast eggs. A little bit dropped on the floor and he ran over and scarfed it up! This is a cat that scoffs fancy feast most of the time and won't even eat REAL chicken that we ate for dinner! Very weird. ;)

I lost 1.4 pounds last night! :whattha:

I didn't exercise in a few days and my inches haven't changed. I didn't change anything about what I was eating except the other day I had 92 carbs and yesterday only 80. Oh... hubby and I had a little romp last night but that never affected my weight loss before. ;)

Hey, I'll take it! Especially since TOM is coming in a week. :(

How odd because cats are carnivores!

I know! He also likes to lick my fingers after I eat some white cheddar popcorn (before MF) and after the white cheddar soy crisps too! Maybe it's the salt in the coating?

As for the eggs well, eggs are technically an animal, just unborn. Ew, yucky if you think about it eh? LOL

Congrats on the loss! I'm supposed to be able to start exercising next week, and I'm thinking of yoga because I like the stretchy feeling I get when I'm done.. so I'm very interested to see how this turns out for you.

Both of my cats are weirdos.. 1 likes tomatoes and broccolli, and the other likes potato chips, popcorn and bread - But neither one of them like cheese at all.

Hi Tonia,
I'm just catching up on your journal since I've been away. To re-has what's already been hashed:
1. LOVE the avatar!
2. Your babies are adorable!

Glad you're finding the right balance with your exercise, sounds like things are moving along well for you now!

This is going to be a busy weekend. :help: We are having an open house and I have to clean my big butt off! Wait.. that's a good thing! LOL

Anyway, since I'm going to be doing a lot of housecleaning and organizing to make this place look spotless I am going to forego my pilates until Monday or Tuesday because I'll be getting lots of exercise. At least I did them once this week. :)

I'm still at 221.6 this morning so I am seeing a pattern here... 2 days at the same weight then the 3rd day a nice drop. So if this pattern continues tomorrow I will weigh less! *crosses her fingers*

Baby diapers need changing so I have to go till later! :byebye:

Hi Pashta, are you selling your house? How the heck are you going to keep it clean with all the babies
Glad you can see a pattern going on the weight loss.
Try to have some fun this weekend too!

Housework is excellent exercise. I always think of that scene in Mrs. Doubtfire when Robin Williams is vacuuming to the song, "Dude, looks like a lady." It just cracks me up.

I always put the stereo on when I'm cleaning and strut a little myself. It helps the cleaning not seem so YUCKY!!!!
