One Month on Medifast and I am a TEENAGER!

Postby bikipatra » December 22nd, 2006, 1:57 am

I certainly didn't break any records, but today is my one month Medifast anniversary and I am down to 219.5 pounds from 233. Let's hope it holds or gets better for Sunday weigh-in...I am very happy though! I am going to keep on being compliant and let the scale do what it may! I couldn't have stuck with it without the support of everyone on this board. Even if you didn't respond to me personally I read every single new post in every thread every day and some old ones too. So everyone helped! THANKS!!! :rose: :stroll:

Congratulations, Biki !! You completely deserve your success, and I know that your meds might make things run a little slower, but you have actually accomplished quite a bit in this month !! You are a teenager, YAY !!.

Years later, my mother told me that when I was a 12-13 year old there were relatives who refused to come and visit because of me. I was like that kid from the Exorcist!

Biki, you are going great! The body works at it's own pace, as you know; frustrating as it can be. Keep up the good work & superior attitude, you a real LOSER!

p.s. I also tried the Medifast/vodka diet, only without the Medifast. I can't remember how it worked... ;)
