I have been cold alot since starting medifast as well, I was never cold before since my hysto I was alway HOT, my sister always said my house was like a refrigerator.. hee hee, now I have a lil space heater behind my desk running all day.

just to chime in. i'm freezing too all the time. i haven't had my thyroid checked so it could be that most of my family on my mom side have hypothyroid. My mom thinks i just have less insulation so i'm colder. i bought a heater for the office to stay warm and am always under a blanket at home.

If we are loaning out dogs, I have one, 65 pound shepeard lab mix, he likes to streach out and if you can get him in the right direction against you he makes a nice heatting element to the blanket. I also have a cat that makes a great foot warmer, sorry they are not avilable as a package deal

I was freazing last night, for some reason. The cold feet and hands thing seams to come and go for me. Usually in the evenings though.

Yoda-Welsh Corgi
Cheyenne-Akita (mostly-she's a pound pup!)

I have "joint custody" with my dad (because of my travel schedule). They bark at me when I come home, get mad because "Mom" doesn't give all the treats like at Grandpa's house, and we walk all the time.
