Off My Blood pressure meds!!!

Hello everyone....I had a wonderful doc's appointment today...I am officially off my blood pressure meds...it feels so very good...my internist has known me for 25 years and is delighted that I am on Medifast and that I am doing the modified on the weekends and having a salad a day so I can work on my discipline issues...yikes!! :oops:
I want to thank you each for being here providing support and encouragement and wisdom...let's just keep shakin'!!!
