Not Hungry...

Postby cynben » January 29th, 2007, 9:45 am

Hey guys...I need some input. I don't remember this happening to me before, but I just do not want to eat...anything. I had to force myself to eat my lean and green the past two nights and today I am having to force myself to eat my medifast. I don't feel bad or anything, I am just not hungry (my hubby says I must be terminally ill if I am not hungry) LOL.

Has this happened to anyone else??

Yes, it happens. I wasn't hungry for over a year. But you need to make sure you get all of your supplements and your l&G in each day. If you're forgetting, set a timer. It can slow your weight loss and cause hungries if you don't eat everything.

It has happened to me from time to time and always backfired. I would skip a supplement because I was tired and didn't feel like eating and one way or another, sometimes after a few days of it, it caused me to eat off plan or get a little crazy.

I am sticking with the supplements, but all I seem to be able to take is the shakes. I will just "shake" 5 times a day, i guess.....I might also change up my lean and green a bit. May try a little red meat for a change.

Hmmmmm Not Hungry ??
Can you believe it?? I hear it all the time.. Just keep on program and make certain you have your 5 meal replacements and a lean and green. Otherwise you'll force yourself right into starvation mode... and you won't part with a pound. You are doing great!!! :D ( Remember soy is a natural appetite suppressant.
