Hey I can't get the chocolate pudding to be smooth for anything. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? It's all lumpy and I like the taste but I'm having a hard time enjoying the texture.

Hi. I was reading another post that mentioned 'mymedifast.com'. I went on and couldn't register without some email confirmation. Does anyone know how I can get into this website? Is there a charge?

As I am sure everyone knows, I just received my Medifast products last night, (Starting on Modday), but I didn't receive my Quick Start Quide in my Box!!! :x
It has it listed on the invoice but I took everything out the box, and no Quick Start Guide. Does it come seperatly, or should it have been in the box?
