Greetings Everyone,

I finally got someone to take some photos of me. The first pictures (in the brown pantsuit) were taken Friday at the Hotel were I work in Sales. I just had to wear a little bit of leopard in honor of Nancy!




The other two were taken yesterday in full red wig, make-up and costume. As you can tell from my screen name, my passion is Theatre. I am currently performing as Clelia Waldgrave in the hilarious comedy The Nerd at a local Community Theatre. These were taken right before my third performance of the day.




Theatre is one of the main reasons I want to get healthy. It takes an incredible amount of energy to work a job 40-50 hours a week and also do 8 performances a week. It's like having two full time jobs!! I want to make sure I am in great health so I'm able to keep up my performing for many years to come.

I can't wait to post photos when I reach goal!! Thanks for all the wonderful support from this Forum. You guys are AWESOME!!!!

I went searching for your before and after pictures.
You are so close to goal that I wanted to know what you are doing to prepare for maintenance.

I'm not too far away, and I really want to be prepared.

You're pictures are so great! You seem to have such an exciting life--the theater.

Hi DQ,

Do you perform at the Roger's Memorial Theatre? I went to a performance of "Heaven Can Wait" there a few months ago with my two girls. Were you in that one? I go to Centerville all the time...I'd love to meet you in person, since we live so close......I don't think there are any other members here from Utah, and we live practically next door to each other!

Let me just say from experience...go meet eachother. Its fun and exciting to meet new people but its easy when you know you have something in common. I say go for it.

Joy, I would love to get together and meet! That would be so fun. PM me and let's work something out. I do perform at Rodgers Memorial Theatre but haven't done a show there since I played Golde in "Fiddler on the Roof" last August. I just finished "The Miracle Worker" (as Helen Keller's Aunt Ev) at Hale Centre theatre in West Valley. I'm on hiatus from theatre right now but I have an audition on Saturday for "Man of La Mancha" at Hale. Crossing my fingers that I get cast!!

As promised here are my almost there pics. I'm just 2.8 pounds shy of my 60 pound goal. I can't believe how great I feel.

I also have a great new smile! (Notice not much smiling in the before pics.) That was my reward along this journey, a Hollywood smile worthy of my theatrical aspirations. (I had an Audition yesterday morning with Call Backs this Thursday...Keep your fingers crossed for me!!) Thanks to MF, I haven't stopped smiling.
