Hi everyone I have finally decided to start the medifast program. I have not yet started but am eagerly awaiting the arrival of my MF food!! Well just wanted to say hello :D

Okay, I'm sure I could find this if I searched for hours on this site,
but in essence of time, could someone please tell me what
NSV stands for?? I get the general idea what it means,
but the closest thing I could come up with is "New Success Victory"?

I just tried the chicken and wild rice soup. It's delicious and has pieces of actual real food in it! I only ordered a sample pack because when I tried the cream of broccoli soup, I didn't like it. So I thought I wouldn't like any of the soups, but I will definitely be adding this to my next order! I like soups this time of the year when it starts to get chilly.

I was just on ticker factory and made a ticker for weight loss could someone tell me how I can get it downloaded to my desktop so I could pull it up when ever I choose? Or is that how it works? Thanks in advance Kat :oops: :oops: :oops:

Ok as some of ya know Craig has been busy working on our home office the past few months. Well we were able to move in yesterday so that means my bedroom is now an actual bedroom again and No longer an office.
