Hi everyone I have finally decided to start the medifast program. I have not yet started but am eagerly awaiting the arrival of my MF food!! Well just wanted to say hello :D

Hi Honeygurl,

Congratulations on deciding to give it a try! Just a few weeks ago I was in your shoes waiting for my 1st shipment. I started on Aug 26th. And yesterday I just received my second shipment. This is an awesome forum and the "veterans" are very supportive. If you need anything, just ask.

Hey welcome to you, you will love the program. I am a fan of Biggest Loser, and while the diets are different, I like to see the weight come off the contestants and imagine myself...Medifast can give you this weight loss and a new life. Keep with the forum, you will find dear , sweet people who all have been there done that! Good Luck YOU, and I mean YOU can do it! :lol:
