How do you get in touch with anyone to sell or trade

How do you go about trading or selling if you aren't allowed to use telephone numbers? addresses? I am new at this so please advise...thank you...

Hi,

You can send the individual a personal message/pm. At the bottom of each post is an icon that allows you to pm or email the writer of that post. Or you can post what you want to trade in a thread in this forum and ask any nterested persons to PM YOU. Then you can just reply and work out your trade.

It can be annoying, bothersome, and in some cases, dangerous to leave any personal information on the internet.
