Hi all!
I just started Medifast today, and I am feeling very positive and excited!
My current size/weight is a size 18 and 177lbs., and I want to lose about 50lbs. - or get back down to a size 5 again.
Nice to meet you all.
Wish me luck!

Hey Barbara ~

The Banana Man is as happy as you are! :yay:

Start rearranging the closet - get those smaller clothes all lined up and the yellow plastic Good Turn bags the Boy Scouts distribute for Goodwill Industries 'cuz you'll be donating those size 18's very soon!
