Life is a learning experience and sounds to me like you're on the right road. You'll part with those pesky pounds, learn new eating habbits, and also perhaps understand the red flags. We all struggle with (even the skinny ones) such things as trigger foods, emotional eating, and stress and boredom munching. This program will help you identify those things which helped add the pounds to you. Keep posting -- everyone will be happy to help guide you along your journey.

Welcome to the gang! I've learned SO much about my triggers and emotional eating on this program! I've learned much more than I expected about MYSELF! That surprised me. I KNOW this will be the last time I have trouble with my weight and that I can get through transition and maintenance because I have TRULY changed who I am. I couldn't have done it without this forum! I'm so glas you're with us! WE will be here for you

Thanks ladies! That's one thing I'm looking forward to, is learning how to understand myself better and make better choices because I want to, not just because I'm excersising an iron will. Not that I have an iron will, but....hehe :lol:
