Newbie advice

Postby Wannabe » January 26th, 2006, 3:52 pm

From one newbie to all my fellow newbies! :D If you think you don't like the powdered shakes, don't toss 'em out till you try them with "extras" and made in a blender! I didn't like them so I orderded some ready to drink shakes...still had 3 full boxes of the others. My hubby bought me a "smoothie freeze" blender at wallymart and I just made my first shake in it. YUM! Water, Chocolate shake, teaspoon of splenda, dash of almond extract and some ice....perfect!!! Way better than just mixing with water in a shaker jar!

Thank goodness for this forum, all the wonderful people here, their great tips and kind words of encouragement! If it wasn't for you I don't think I'd have made it this far. :yourock:

btw....13 days and 14 pounds gone!

Good advice, Wannabe. The same applies to most of the other products, too. The soups and chili also benefit from some doctoring up. And even with the other products, it's worth trying them again later on, as our tastes change.
