My web does show a way to order through me, but my back office has only 3 clients (my newest and my 2 oldest). I have gotten long waits on customer service when calling the last 2 days. I got an e-mail telling me my user ID and new password (which had to be changed upon login) for the new TSFL site yesterday. That is how I logged in.

That's the message I get, too, and when I try to call, I sit on hold forever. Heck, at this point I just want to update my OWN Be Slim order before it ships. I'm going to have to e-mail because I can't sit on hold all afternoon.

I was on hold for 35 minutes this morning! LUckily I've got a speaker phone so I just put it on speaker and went about my business until a customer service rep came onboard.

She said that she was told that the website should be accessible and updated for everyone by tomorrow! (hmmmm...seems like I've heard THAT one before...)

I felt sorry for the poor girl..she seemed quite tired and was extremely apologetic about the problem. Apparently they don't even show me as an HA anymore, so that has to be rectified first or else I won't have a back office!

Hang in there guys...it'll get better, can't say when...but just know that it will.

Yes, I have a client who tired to place an order and she couldn't online so she called them and the person said she could not place a order at this time! She is already a client, she is not new. Anyway we called and they said she could but that they would have to start up a whole new account for her and that it would into a holding pattern and would take longer than if she would just wait...

She said it would not be up for another few days....

It's hard to keep putting off like this...we have new clients that want to sign up but can't...

And unfortunately, I've lost a few orders because my clients have decided to order directly through Medifast instead of waiting (and they're getting a hefty discount too!) I don't know how we will be able to compete unless TSFL offers the same discounts, especially during this "down" time!

I'm not sure, but can't TSFL get the same discounts if they have the "Promo codes" that Medifast offers????

I don't think TSFL will offer the $55 off that my clients are reporting....if I'm wrong, I hope someone lets me know! As far as I know, the only promo we can offer is the $25 off first orders.

Dang Lisa, are you kidding me? It's like medifast is working against TSFL...

Man I am sorry you are all having problems. I called in my order to my HA last week. If I look at the TSFL site it says "booked" I hope that it has shipped because I really need my food. I used to get a confirmation email that I could track but I didnt get that this time.

I hope things smooth out soon for you all.

I'm still listed as a "retail customer". If I go to my website it says it is "Brought to You by Terry Pettit" Used to have my name there. It doesn't even mention my HA at all. I'm bummed... I have several people chomping at the bit and I feel bad telling them to wait. We all know how important "timing" is in all this. Sometimes the will to get going is a fleeting thing...

Gotta go call a newbie now. She wants to get started so I told her I'd take all the info from her and call it in myself. Don't want her to have to wait a long time and get frustrated and hang up.

It's a conspiracy, I tell ya.... :?

Well, my client couldn't wait any longer, and I was afraid she was going to give up and walk away, so I just took all her info and her order and placed it through the order/customer service line at TSFL. I'm still not showing as a health advisor, however the CS agent took my name and HA number down and hand input it into the comment field... At least she is taken care of and should receive her products by the end of the week. Hopefully, the "mess" will be cleaned up by then and I'll be able to confirm her placement as a newbie under my HA #.

OK, I ended up e-mailing rather than sitting on hold forever. Turned out, it worked great. I got an e-mail shortly afterward with a logon and password. And then when I e-mailed again because I was missing a client and my Be Slim order, they told me she wasn't on there because she hadn't ordered since the new site went up but it would update once she did. Same with my Be Slim; they said as soon as the next one ships, it'll show up (of course, I think it's going to be my LAST Be Slim order because I don't think I'll need $75 worth of products a month once I hit maintenance, but we'll see).
