Mousse-like Pudding

Not having cold enough tap water the other night, I added a shot of sf syrup and carbonated water to my pudding. Delicious! Smooth, light & airy;mmmmmmmm!

I tried this tonight, and I loved it! It had an extra sort of zing to the pudding and was very good. Can't wait until I have more again tomorrow night.
