Anyone ever tried the pudding?

Postby fedup » October 26th, 2004, 6:47 pm

Just wondering if the pudding was any good. I know we all like different stuff... I love the bars, the shakes, the chicken noodle... don't like the oatmeal at all.... was thinking of trying pudding but not sure...

also, can pudding replace one of our shakes or not? I've read 2 conflicting things, 1 site said pudding can be one of the 2 supplements besides the 3 shakes, another said pudding can be interchanged with the shake... HELP!!

Yes, the chocolate pudding is good!

It serves as one meal replacement.

You must have three shakes every day and the pudding counts as one of the other Medifast meals for the 5 and 1 Plan.

Whaddya mean by this:
1 site said pudding can be one of the 2 supplements besides the 3 shakes, another said...

A quote from the good book, Medi II verse I:

Take heed, lest ye feel the wrath of the L/W flames. I say unto you, there is only one L/W, and you shall bow down to no other L/W's I say unto you.
